Hidden Rivers at Patagonia Portland

Come get a deeper look at the beauty and biodiversity of river ecosystems at the Portland premiere of the feature film, Hidden Rivers. Presented by Corvallis-based filmmaking organization, Freshwaters Illustrated, this event will feature a photo gallery, raffle, and a post-film Q&A and discussion with film directors along with biologists and conservationists from local non-profit organizations Center for Biological Diversity, Native Fish Society, and the Xerces Society.

Hidden Rivers is a 1-hour film that explores the rivers and streams of the Southern Appalachian region, North America’s most biologically rich waters. The film follows the work of conservation biologists and explorers throughout the region - revealing both the beauty and vulnerability of this aquatic life - and how many people are finding ways to protect these ecosystems.

Complimentary drinks provided by Hopworks Urban Brewery and Patagonia Provisions snacks courteously served by Patagonia Portland's own. Also come for a chance to win great prizes with all proceeds going to participating non-profits. Free event!
