My conservation interest started while volunteering at the Seattle Aquarium and has encompassed many jobs and projects including as a fisheries observer, invasive species monitoring in Glacier Bay and volunteer events with the Nature Conservancy. Currently, I work with Trout Unlimited teaching our next generation of stewards about our rivers in Central Oregon. I also work through the summer on Oregon Spotted Frog conservation. I have been a fishing guide, boat captain, fish health specialist and Hot Dog Food Cart technician.
