You could spend a week in the steelhead sweet spot on the magical upper Dean River in British Columbia – for only $100. Too good to be true? No way! The winner of the NFS Dean River Raffle will spend a week swinging flies on some of the finest trophy steelhead water in the world. You’ll be accompanied by knowledgeable guides and run the river by jetboat to access miles of fishable water within reach of the lodge.

How does it work? Native Fish Society is selling 250 tickets for $100 each. We'll draw the lucky winner on March 14th, and then the lucky winner will get ready for a week of prime-time Dean River steelheading!

About the Fishing Program:

The summer schedule starts with breakfast at 6 a.m., and you’ll be on the boat by 6:45. Coffee and cookies are sent out on the river for a mid-morning break, and guests will return to the lodge at noon for a main meal at 1 p.m. Fishing resumes at 4 p.m., and guides will provide supper over the campfire. Guests remain on the river until dusk, returning to camp between 9:30 and 10:30 p.m.

Located seven miles above saltwater, lodge cabins are equipped with propane lights, wood stoves, and running water. Hearty home-style meals are enjoyed family-style in the dining room of the main lodge building.

*Included: Accommodations and meals at the lodge, guided fishing, round-trip transfers (charter and helicopter) between Vancouver, BC and lodge, taxes.

**Not Included: Airfare to/from Vancouver, BC, alcoholic beverages, flies, insurance, fishing licenses, guide and staff gratuities.
