ReWild the Willamette LIVE!

This week, Native Fish Society Conservation Director Jennifer Fairbrother sat down with our partners at WildEarth Guardians to discuss our ongoing collaboration in Oregon's Willamette River Basin.

Jennifer was joined by Marlies Wierenga, Pacific Northwest Conservation Manager at WildEarth Guardians for a conversation about threatened Willamette spring Chinook salmon and winter steelhead and the current review underway by the federal fish management agency assessing whether to uplist these populations from threatened to endangered.

Check out the 30 minute conversation and join the groundswell of public support advocating to give Willamette spring Chinook salmon and winter steelhead the full protection of the law by singing the letter to NOAA Fisheries requesting that these populations be uplisted to endangered under the Endangered Species Act.
