Advocating for wild fish in the Portland-metro region.
Join the Portland Chapter of Native Fish Society for their quarterly gatherings aimed to provide context, community, and connection to - and opportunities to advocate for - the native fish we know and love throughout the Portland-metro area and beyond.
All Portland Chapter gatherings are proudly hosted at our partner location, pFriem Family Brewers’ new Milwaukie Tasting Room location, providing a welcoming space to learn and connect.
NFS Portland Chapter gatherings operate in a town-hall style format, generally to include opportunities to engage NFS staff, but more importantly, to hear and learn from River Stewards, place-based subject matter experts, and community members working together to conserve, protect, and sustain our beloved native fish populations.
All meetings are open to the public and welcome both longtime advocates and those just getting involved!
